"Without spending months how do we inject new energy into our marketing with video while making sure we can re-use content across our platforms as much as possible?"

Task
Working with GSA for 12 years building their global brand across 19 regions, we already knew their forward thinking approach.
For this project we were assigned to kickstart thier global content marketing startegy across all platforms squeezing out as much re-usable video from a single days production.

Solution
Planning like pro's
We researched, planned and executed 4 hours of video content in one day around 3 essential alumni and thought leaders from the Danish GSA network and Nordic start-up ecosystem.
Repurposing for efficiency
All long form videos were versioned and edited with AI and human love into smaller chapters, 27 shorts and a new podcast concept, for which we also created graphics and sound design.
Inviting in community and stakeholders
For the last production of the day we invited 100 guests and stakeholders to watch it LIVE in a beautiful lounge venue.
Results
Ai for research and planning
Using generative Ai together with a journalistic approach in the research and planning phase, we reduced pre-project time by nearly 50%.
90% post-production cut
Using the right AI video editing software we reduced post-production time by more than 80%.
50% overall cost cut
Overall the production cost was reduced by 50% while the content outout was more than trippled compared to the "old production way".
