How do you make 800 global leaders not just understand but feel a new strategy? And how do you spread that energy to 18,000 employees worldwide?
The largest strategy implementation effort in Arup's history marked the beginning of their global shift toward 'Total Design'. Our task: Make the message grow through each attending director and 18.000 Arupians watching worldwide.
Solution
1. Global startegy brand film
We conceptualized and produced a brand-defining summit opening film. Devised to strategically connect with Arup's Danish heritage and their impact on shaping the world most livebale city Copenhagen, the film was shown live before the audience of 800 directors and c-levels and set the tone for the summit while connecting closely to the vision of Arup’s new strategy.
2. Live content storytelling
Across three intense summit days, our team captured five live productions, interviews and Q&As with Arup’s global directors and strategy owners. Shot, edited, and shared in real-time, each film became a living artifact of the summit’s key themes.
3. Post-Summit Amplification
The content was distributed globally through Arup’s internal communications network, and positioned externally ensuring every employee could access the vision, the emotion, and the leadership behind Total Design.
